This hotel-restaurant, located in the heart of the Three Valleys, needed an ice cream cart for the tourist season . This is personalized in the colors of the hotel and adapted for the exterior .

The trolley operates with a mains negative refrigeration unit which also supplies the spotlights recessed in the rigid polyester roof.
It is made up of bells to access the ice cream trays integrated under the laminated CTBH worktop. Additional equipment has been added to meet customer needs and facilitate use: folding shelf, cone holder and spoon washer.
In terms of design, the hotel restaurant chose a brass finish on the structure and columns and a double frieze with edging for the roof.
The addition of tires to the wooden wheels makes it easier to move around outdoors.
