Modified Meyriotte cart - B&B HOTEL

This cart was designed from the Meyriotte model , and customized to meet the needs of the B&B Hotel.  

The Meyriotte cart is ideal for outdoor or indoor use, the B&B Hotel needed a functional solution for serving crepes and waffles.

• Versatile use: designed as a service station, this cart can meet other hot or cold preparation and presentation needs.
• Built-in storage : Shelves make it easy to store ingredients, utensils and accessories needed for preparations.
• Recessed electrical outlets : Two recessed outlets on each side allow you to plug in appliances needed for preparation, such as a crepe maker and a waffle maker.
• Refrigerator space : space is provided for a small refrigerator, with a built-in outlet.
• Durable work surface : The laminated CTBH top is durable and easy to clean, ideal for everyday use.
• Lightweight structure : made of poplar plywood, this lightweight material allows the cart to be moved easily.
• Lighting : three recessed spotlights illuminate the preparation area and improve visibility.
• Traditional Style : Wooden wheels with metal hoops allow for smooth mobility while maintaining the traditional style of the cart.
• Power supply : The power supply runs on mains power for kitchen equipment and lighting.
