This custom-made ice cream cart, inspired by the Belle époque model , was designed for Fil o glaces, an artisan ice cream maker near Toulon. It combines classic charm and modern performance.

• High-performance negative cold : the trolley is equipped with a 220 V, 50 Hz tropical compressor, with electronic thermostat adjustable between -8°C and -24°C and using R452 A gas for reliable refrigeration. A double bottom option is available for the ice cream tubs, ensuring optimal preservation of the products.
• Adapted capacity : 2 bells provide easy access to the insulated stainless steel tanks which can accommodate 5 containers of 5 liters each, ensuring a wide variety of flavors.
• Robust worktop : designed in laminated CTBH, resistant to intensive use.
• Practical features : A fold-down side shelf is installed to increase workspace when needed. An integrated spoon washer keeps utensils clean and within reach.
• Flavor Visibility : A clear tempered glass slide-top lid provides hygienic protection while showcasing the ice creams.
• Elegant and timeless design : the Belle époque model has a poplar plywood structure with twisted solid brass columns.
• Custom Roof Sign : The client's logo is displayed on the roof sign, with a brass finish, reinforcing the visual identity of the brand.
• Recessed spotlights : providing optimal lighting of the work surface, ideal for use in the evening.
• Wooden wheels with metal rim : ensure smooth mobility while preserving the authentic look of the cart.
• Power Supply : The cart operates on mains power, providing a reliable source of energy to power the refrigeration system and other equipment.
