Ice cream carts - SHABOO Restaurant

This refrigerated ice cream trolley was made for the SHABOO establishment, a Japanese restaurant in Marseille. He wanted a personalized cart to serve ice cream and sorbets to his customers.
The trolley is refrigerated with a very quiet compressor and sliding windows allow easy access to the tank.
