Weibel, pastry chef and chocolatier located in Aix en Provence, called on the Fabrique à chariots to design an ice cream trolley. This cart is exclusively intended for the sale of ice cream outdoors.

The Belle Epoque ice cream cart is equipped with a negative cold fridge. Fitted with cone holders and a spoon washer, this trolley is specially equipped with a side blind to protect the ice creams from the sun.
Made of wood, a laminated CTBH top accommodates twisted brass columns. The rigid polyester canopy is equipped with recessed spotlights .
The trolley plugs into a mains socket and can be moved thanks to its wooden wheels with tire option .
