The “Gina” Restaurant at the Renaissance hotel in Bordeaux wanted to diversify its offering by offering various ice cream flavors. For this, La Fabrique à Trolley created a personalized ice cream trolley in the colors of the hotel.

Technical details :
The wooden structure of the cart accommodates a negative cold unit. Topped with a laminated CTBH worktop, the top is equipped with a spoon washer as well as several bells matching the solid brass columns.
The canopy canvas roof is finished with straight valances.
Equipped with two large round bulbs, a mains connection allows the trolley to be supplied with electricity.
To make it easier to move, this ice cream cart is equipped with wooden wheels with metal rims.
