The Swiss hotel school in Lausanne requested the creation of an ice cream trolley. The ice cream containers have been replaced by 5 1/6 gastro containers with a depth of 150 mm, i.e. a capacity of 5L . Thus, the ice cream cart reflects their chic and modern image .

Technical details :
A permanent negative cold system has been installed. Access to the 6 gastro containers is easy through the “Securit” sliding windows. The roof is rigid, in lacquered aluminum, with smooth columns in solid brass. Finally, this trolley has 4 casters, 2 of which have brakes, and LED strip lighting.
