The Defontaine caterer needed a trolley as a mobile hot spot for hosting events, mainly in supermarkets.
The traveling trolley is made up of a cooking and keeping warm plate , as well as a display case to protect the food and to be able to place objects on the upper part.
A stainless steel tray is placed around the cooking space to facilitate maintenance and cleaning.
The trolley is easily transportable thanks to its 4 castors with brakes . The power supply is via a mains socket.
