The caterer Defontaine chose La Fabrique à chariots to design a trolley serving as an entertainment stand in a supermarket .
The traveling trolley is made up of 2 cooking plates and keeps warm with a sneeze guard to ensure the hygiene of the food for visitors.
The work surface is made up of a stainless steel top and a folding laminated wood shelf on the entertainer's side. The wooden and aluminum structure has, at the bottom of the trolley, a black lacquered steel impact protection bar .
The roof is made up of a rigid canopy and a straight aluminum valance. An LED strip and a hood are located under the roof.
The trolley is powered by mains electricity. Moving it is made easier by 4 castors with brakes .
