Cart - Saint Jean Delices

Located in the St Jean district of Lyon, this confectionery and chocolate shop has decided to equip itself with an ice cream trolley. The Cart Factory was able to adapt to the constraints and requests of the customer to deliver a unique, authentic cart that reflects the image of the artisan chocolatier.

Technical details :
Negative cold system for preserving ice cream. Sliding glass display case. Castors integrated on the front because of travel constraints imposed by the customer: no stretcher.
