To enjoy your cart all year round, we have created a modular equipment solution.
Your customizable trolley structure adapts to all seasons thanks to the different modules that we have developed. You can very well take advantage of your trolley in summer with the ice module (negative cold) and transform it into a pastry/crepe display (positive cold) for the winter.
A multitude of possibilities are available to you:
work surface, extensions, bells, display cases, plancha, grill, reserves, electric hotplates, etc.
Adapt your arrangements to your desires and needs: breath guards, drawers, shelves, cone holders, spoon washers, etc.

Lighting & Energy
Two lighting styles are possible: a retro tulip-shaped style, a more modern style with recessed spotlights or LED strips.
Your lighting can be powered by different energy sources such as electricity (mains outlet adapted depending on the country of destination), gas, generator or even battery.
Roofing
There are different canopies to choose from: rigid polyester, flat aluminum, canopy canvas or tarpaulin.
If you choose a rigid polyester canopy, an option to add a decorative valance is possible. It can take the form of wave, rounded, straight, triangular, conical, contemporary…
Customization to your colors
Wheels
Our carts are equipped with traditional wheels with metal rims optionally covered with a rubber band or with cycle wheels or tire or monoski type wheels for sliding on the snow.
The legs of the “Belle Époque” cart can be adapted with wheels to facilitate movement.
